Major Site Updates
You may notice the website has been updated. The previous site had become a bit outdated and was in dire need of a refresh and simplification. It is now much easier to navigate and find information you are looking for with additional information for new residents. There will be additional information added, and please let us know if you notice anything that would be helpful to include.
Improved Performance
The new site should also be much faster to load and use as those simplification efforts have extended to the backend. Not to get too technical, but residents should notice a significant improvement in load times on pages and uptime. The previous site had several outages recently that may have impacted your ability to get information you needed, but this new host should result in less downtime.
New Support Site
There has also been a quiet launch of our new support site that will assist us with managing your requests for help. When you navigate to https://help.wyndhamra.com, you will be able to review your current and past cases and easily communicate with us. You can still email a case at our email address, contact@wyndhamra.com, which will generate a case for us to review, and you will receive replies back just the same as if we were using email. Previously, those messages all were sent to a single mailbox that was hard to share. The new system will ensure we better track and resolve your requests for assistance and enable more of the board to have access to the information.
